Austrian Pharma Services ("APS", "we", "us") operates the Regulatory Intelligence Dashboard ("Service"), a software-as-a-service platform that aggregates, monitors, and analyses regulatory events from pharmaceutical and healthcare authorities worldwide.

The Service provides automated data collection from 100+ regulatory agencies, event summarisation, alert notifications, watchlist management, and data export capabilities.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

4. Subscription Tiers and Payment

4.1 Free Tier

The Free tier provides limited access to public regulatory data at no cost. APS reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Free tier at any time with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Basic and Pro Tiers

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via our payment processor (Stripe). All prices are stated in EUR and exclude applicable VAT.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of purchase, subject to EU consumer protection rules.

4.4 Price Changes

APS may adjust subscription prices with at least 30 days' prior notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, algorithms, and AI models, is the intellectual property of Austrian Pharma Services. Regulatory data sourced from public authorities remains in the public domain; however, our aggregation, analysis, and presentation of such data constitutes proprietary work.

You retain ownership of any data you upload or create within the Service (e.g., watchlists, notes). You grant APS a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service provides regulatory intelligence for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. You should always verify regulatory information with the original source authority and consult qualified professionals before making compliance decisions.

APS makes reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy and timeliness but does not guarantee that the information is complete, current, or error-free. Regulatory data is sourced from third-party authorities and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies beyond our control.

8. Availability and Maintenance

APS aims to provide 99.5% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. APS is not liable for downtime caused by force majeure events, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vienna, Austria.

If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence shall apply to the extent they provide greater protection.
